Located just off the shore of Lake Michigan, SpinDance was founded in September 2000 by Mike Ellis and Karl Schripsema. Before starting SpinDance, Ellis and Schripsema both led teams at companies creating and delivering product-quality software in a variety of markets. The lessons learned during years of software development and system implementation became the basis for the approach SpinDance takes when working with customers today.

As SpinDance has grown, each new member of the team has brought their own expertise and unique contribution. Collectively, these people provide the core capability that SpinDance offers -- the ability to make our customer's ideas a reality.
